Course content stays on the domain.
The list external-coaches@uact.org.za is how U-ACT controls who can open Google course content. You ask. A person adds you. The public WhatsApp door does not.
Step 1
Seat and campus
WhatsApp first. START, YES, then 1 / 2 / 3 / 4. Pick the station you are nearest.
Step 2
One Google account
The same account for YouTube, NotebookLM, Classroom, and this list. Gmail or Google Workspace.
Step 3
Send the request
Opens mail to the course list, copied to a person. Send it from that same account so we know it is yours.
Step 4
A person adds you
Membership is the lock. When you are on the list, Google course content on uact.org.za opens.

Ask a person to add you.
Google course content on uact.org.za is shared with external-coaches@uact.org.za. A person adds your Google account. WhatsApp START does not put you on this list.
Use the same account you will open Classroom with. Gmail or any Google Workspace domain.
